Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using FacilitatorHQ ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. The Service is provided to facilitators and their authorized staff by invitation only.
2. Use of the Service
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes related to ceremony management and practice administration. You are responsible for the accuracy of data you enter and for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You may not use the Service to store or transmit unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent content.
3. Accounts and Access
Access to the Service is invitation-only. Administrators may invite users and assign roles within their tenant. Account holders are responsible for activities conducted under their credentials. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Payments
The Service supports manual payment tracking for Zelle, Venmo, and ACH. We do not process financial transactions directly. Facilitators are responsible for verifying payments received through external platforms. The Service is a tracking and management tool only and does not guarantee payment collection.
5. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, FacilitatorHQ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Service.
6. Modifications
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify active users of material changes via email.
