FacilitatorHQ ("we", "us", or "our") is a private, multi-tenant ceremony management platform. We take the privacy of facilitators and their participants seriously. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect information submitted through our platform.
2. Information We Collect
We collect information provided during account registration, including names, email addresses, and phone numbers. Facilitators may also store participant data such as contact details, payment records, and ceremony-related documents within their tenant space. Payment information is limited to manual verification details (e.g., reference numbers, sender names) for Zelle, Venmo, and ACH transfers — we do not process or store credit card numbers.
3. How We Use Your Information
Information is used to operate the platform, manage participant registrations, verify payments, schedule ceremonies, send broadcast communications, and provide support. We do not sell or rent your data to third parties.
4. Data Security
The platform uses role-based access control and tenant-level data isolation to ensure that users can only access data within their authorized scope. Access is invitation-only. Sensitive operations are restricted to authorized administrative roles. Despite these measures, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
5. Data Retention
Data is retained for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Account holders may request deletion of their data. Upon account termination, tenant data is removed within a reasonable period.
